Total Body Fitness:
$100 10 class punch card
1 hour, interval style, total body variety workout with cardio kickboxing, step, stability ball, bands, dumbbells and more. This class is tough but can be adapted for all fitness levels. Great music and highly motivating, you will work hard and have fun while you get fit!
Beginner & Senior:
This 45 minute class is designed for beginners, seniors, or anyone who wants to work lower intensity. Balance work is incorporated throughout the workout as well as low to no impact cardio. Dumbbells are used to build strength. You will still work hard in this modified/shorter version of Total Body Fitness.
